Terms and Conditions for Rugby Camp Customers
1. Booking and Registration:
1.1. By registering for our rugby camp, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.2. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified by the camp organizers.
1.3. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
2. Payment:
2.1. Payment must be made in full prior to the start of the camp, unless otherwise specified by the camp organizers.
2.2. Payments are non-refundable unless the camp is canceled by the organizers.
2.3. In case of cancellation by the participant, refunds may be provided at the discretion of the organizers, subject to applicable cancellation fees.
3. Participant Requirements:
3.1. Participants must adhere to the rules and regulations set forth by the camp organisers and the venue.
3.2. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from the camp venue unless otherwise arranged with the organisers.
4. Health and Safety:
4.1. Participants must inform the organisers of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs prior to the commencement of the camp.
4.2. The organisers reserve the right to refuse participation to any individual who, in their judgment, poses a risk to themselves or others due to health reasons.
4.3. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner at all times during the camp.
5. Liability:
5.1. The camp organisers, coaches, and venue owners shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants during the camp, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
5.2. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and equipment brought to the camp, and the organizers shall not be liable for any loss or damage thereto.
6. Media Release:
6.1. Participants may be photographed or filmed during the camp for promotional or informational purposes. By attending the camp, participants consent to the use of their likeness in such materials without compensation.
7. Code of Conduct:
7.1. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner towards fellow participants, coaches, staff, and volunteers.
7.2. Bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the camp without refund.
8. . Equipment and Attire:
8.1 Participants may be required to bring their own rugby equipment, such as boots, shorts, and mouth guards.
8.2 Organisers may provide specific guidance on appropriate attire and equipment for camp activities
9. Changes and Cancellations:
9.1. The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the camp schedule, format, or coaching staff as necessary.
9.2. In the event of cancellation by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be entitled to a full refund of fees paid.
